About Me:

I grew up in the Vail Valley before moving to Fort Collins for college in 2008.  I attended CSU and graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science with a concentration in health promotion.  I then pursued a master’s degree at CSU in Public Communication and Technology.  It was during this time, in 2015, that I began an internship at CSU Health Network.  I started at the Health Network as the communications student assistant and I am lucky enough to now serve as the Associate Director of Communications, a role I have held since 2022.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my partner, Reid, and our daughter, Nora.  I also enjoy dancing, reading romance novels, cooking, and scrolling through TikTok to keep up with the latest social media trends.
