Whether or not you need help managing anxiety with SilverCloud, crushing your finances, or taking an alcohol self-screening there are many free digital tools to support you in your journey.  Learn more below.


 

  • YOU@CSU – Explore campus resources, and find personalized tips and tools for everything from your mental and physical health, to friendships and finding balance. Login at you.colostate.edu or through RAMweb.
  • SilverCloud Health– Self-guided online programs based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you enhance well-being, manage anxiety and depression, improve your sleep, boost your body image, and more.
  • Nod app – Strengthen your connections –A free app that offers ideas for strengthening social ties. Using evidence-based practices, the app reminds us of the small things we can do to create positive moments for ourselves and the people we care about.
  • Mindfulness AppsUnwinding AnxietyInsight TimerHeadspaceStopBreatheThinkSmiling MindThe Shine AppLiberate Meditation, and Calm are apps that offer many ways to practice and learn about mindfulness to enhance well-being.
  • Financial Wellness Education – The Canvas Financial Wellness online modules will boost your financial know-how and help you learn to manage your money in college and beyond. Topics include understanding student loan debt, using credit cards responsibly, sticking to a budget, and more.
  • Substance use Screening and Brief Intervention Tools – The following tools screen for concerns related to your substance use and provide personalized feedback and connections to resources both on campus and in the community.
    • Impact Feedback – Get confidential feedback about your current substance use, find out how it compares to other students’ use and get connected with resources.
    • Marijuana eCHECKUP TO GO – This personalized, evidence-based program provides individual feedback about behavior and risk factors related to cannabis use and provides campus and community resources.
