Mental health can be a complex and daunting topic for folx. From navigating what resources are available to what will work best for oneself, it’s not easy. Join CSU Health Network staff Stephanie Zee as she shares her own personal mental health journey, discusses different mental health topics and explains what’s available at CSU to help you with your mental health and well-being. If you’re someone who doesn’t know what’s available on CSU’s campus for mental health and well-being or unsure with how to begin your own self-help journey, this show is for you.
