Volunteer Opportunity #1:

  • Free cholesterol screenings are offered by Lynn Kalert. She needs volunteers to help out with the paperwork in order to check people in. The event is *Tuesday, October 20th and Wednesday, October 21st in the mornings. The times slots we still need filled are Tuesday 8-9 am (2 people), 9-10 am (2 people), and 10-10:30 am (2 people). On Wednesday, we need two people from 8-9 am and one more person to work the 9-10am slot. *It is located in the Zone in the LSC. If you would like to volunteer Please let us know by emailing csushac@yahoo.com OR LynnKalert@colostate.edu

Volunteer Opportunity #2:

  • The CSU Health Network is short on nurses and need students to *volunteer in the Women's and Med Clinics* ASAP. This would consist of taking vitals such as blood pressure, assessing the reason for their visit, and in short-checking them in. The Med Clinic needs volunteers *Mondays from 8-11 am, Tuesdays 8-11 AM, and 2-5 PM, and Fridays 2-5 PM.* The Women's Clinic is for /women/ volunteers only based on their work, and hours needed are* Wednesdays at any time, but they are not open 12-1 PM.* If you are interested please email csushac@yahoo.com for more information and further instructions.
