Individual Therapy

The CSU Health Network provides short term (usually between 6 and 8 sessions), intermittent therapy for students struggling with a variety of personal issues. Academic concerns, relationship concerns, low self-esteem, feelings of hopelessness, disordered eating, sexual identity concerns, multicultural issues, and anxiety are just some of the issues that can be addressed confidentially in therapy.

Couples and Family Therapy

The CSU Health Network provides therapy for couples and in some cases for families. Healthy communication, mutual regard and expectations are common themes. As with individual therapy, a short term therapeutic model is followed with 6 to 8 sessions being the norm.
